If you have an existing website we can easily build an online proofing and sales system to add to your website. The flexibility of the Phosys system also allows us to use a sub-domain (e.g. proofing.yourname.com) so your customers never leave your site.
Online albums
The Phosys proofing system is included with all Phosys Classic packages, and is also available as an add-on to any of our custom websites.
Quick and easy uploading
We provide you with a simple interface to quickly upload your images ready for sale. Create an album and then 'drag and drop' your images onto the page, where they are resized, priced and watermarked automatically. Save yourself a great deal of time and streamline your client proofing by using the Phosys Classic system.
Protect your images
Images you upload can be automatically stamped with a semi-transparent watermark or an overlay. These additions help to protect your images but don't detract too much from the original. Removal of the "Right Mouse Click" and password protection of albums helps prevent your images being duplicated.
Unlimited Albums and Images
There is no limit to the number of albums or images you can upload to your website, nor the length of time they can remain there.
Secure Payments
We can link your website with a variety of payment providers including PayPal and WorldPay, as well as allowing you to take payment via cheques through our streamlined checkout. You may also wish to take payment for deposits, vouchers and other items via your Phosys website.
Captions, Prices and Other Data
Phosys allows you to edit and create new price lists and apply these to your albums. Create a range of price lists for different events or adjust your prices over time.
You can also add captions and descriptions, titles and other forms of data to your images or albums. Delivery charges can also be easily defined.
Content management
Content Management System (CMS) is another name for the website editor, the interface used to edit pages, change text and upload new images.
Add and remove pages
All our Classic packages come with access to the Phosys CMS, which enables you to create and edit pages as well as to upload images using the automatic resizing and watermarking tools designed specifically for photographers. Create private client albums with just a few clicks and manage your information and portfolio pages with ease.
Automatic image resizing
Your original images are automatically resized as thumbnails, web images and also higher quality images for offline proofing. This takes only a minimal amount of web space for each picture, and makes the upload process quick and efficient.
Edit text content
Use the text editor to make alterations to any text field on your website. Write all your own content and update as regularly as you like. The text editor also lets you create links to other websites, insert images and adjust the formatting of your information.
Search Engine Optimisation
All Phosys pages automatically generate titles, descriptions and a full site map which are used by search engines to identify the content of your site. Using the editor you can access and update the 'Meta Data' tags that appear within the code of your pages.
We offer a professional Optimisation service as an extra where we will review your website and optimise it for your chosen keywords.
Statistics
Every time someone views a web page, logs into one of your albums or views a picture, statistics are logged to help you determine the effectiveness of your marketing.
