'Noir' by fotologic

These portraits have now become treasured family heirlooms and are regarded by fotologic’s many satisfied clients as unique and personal works of art. ‘Photo Noir’ portraiture is conducted in the clients own home or in our Studio, a single light and a black background is all that is needed to produce these striking timeless works of art.

The images speak about emotion, depth and absolute simplicity. Smiles are not the order of the day; serious studies work best in this style of portraiture. fotologic are one of the very few portrait photographers practicing today that can supply you with more than just a family portrait, we can offer you the opportunity to posses your very own personal work of art.

The ‘Photo Noir’ session is always planned with complete simplicity in mind. Clothing is kept dark to maximise the impact of the image. The idea is for the faces to be the main feature of the portrait so a low key effect is employed.

This is the most emotional style of portraiture and as such is always presented in Fine Art Black and White. The ‘Photo Noir’ collection beautifully captures those moments we never want to lose.

fotologic’s  Noir’ creation fee is only £50. This allows for a session of at least 30 minutes and includes the production of your preview show.

At this show, there is no minimum order so you can order as many, or as few, as you wish of your favorite images. Whatever you do order, all our ‘Noir’ images are printed in classic Black and White on the very highest quality Paper and framed in a high quality  black moulding, exclusively manufactured for us by Deknudt in Belgium, with a thick conservation grade white mount.

Our Photo Noir range is small and has been designed to enhance this classical style of image. We offer 1 sizes of Desk Standing portraits and 4 Wall Hanging sizes.
