Tailor-Made Packages
My wedding ‘packages’ are unique – you and your partner tailor your package exactly to your day, your needs and desires, and your budget!
You will receive my ‘Every Wedding’ standard package, regardless of your budget or chosen services. This package includes:
* An initial meeting to discuss your day, to get to know each other and to go through the services I can offer you. You're welcome to have this meeting before booking Andy and I.
* A visit with me to the ceremony and reception venues to discuss the day in detail.
* A one hour pre-wedding photo shoot. Andy and I want you to feel comfortable in front of our cameras on your wedding day, and this shoot will provide a fun way to calm any nerves. You will receive a DVD of all of the edited, high resolution photos for you to use as you wish. These photos are ideal for “Save the Date” cards or wedding invitations.
* Two professional photographers (Andy and I) in attendance on your wedding day.
* Andy and I taking a range of formal, relaxed and unstaged photographs during every moment of our attendance. Our ‘Wedding Photography List' allows you to tell us the traditional photos you would like, along with any special requests you may have.
* My dedicated time to do a basic edit to your photos.
* A personal, password-protected online gallery for yourselves, your friends and your family to view your wedding photos at their leisure and purchase any print copies that you may like.
* Fifty Thank you cards - These thank you cards, with a picture of your choice on the front, are a personal way to thank your family and friends for being part of your day. On the back, the cards will include the log-in details for your online gallery.
* One mounted 10 by 8 inch print and two mounted 7 by 5 inch prints - These complimentary prints can be of your three favourite photographs from the day. These prints will come ready to be framed and I can offer large framed prints at Step 4.

Step 1: How long would you like us to photograph your wedding for?
Andy and I can attend your special day in part or in full. Most couples go for the Full Day coverage so they can see how they each got ready in the morning and so they have photos of their speeches, first dance and evening guests.
* Full Day - £450
Andy and I will document both you and your partner getting ready separately up to three hours before the ceremony begins and will photography through the day until an hour after your first dance. If you would like us to stay later into the evening we are happy to do this for an additional charge.
* Half Day - £250
Andy and I will arrive at the ceremony venue an hour before the ceremony begins and we will photograph until you sit down for your wedding breakfast.
I require a deposit of £100 to secure your booking, regardless of whether you choose a Full Day or Half Day coverage, or if you wish to purchase any of the outcomes in Steps 2 to 4. The remaining balance of your package is required 14 days before your wedding date.
I am happy to offer 10% off the above prices if your wedding is on a Sunday to Thursday, or if your wedding is on a date between 1st October and 1st May.
Here is where the fun begins! Now you have selected how long you would like us to stay for, you can build on your ‘Every Wedding’ package by adding wedding albums, digital copies and other additional extras to create a package that suits you best. I'm happy to show you my samples of all of the albums and products I can offer you when we first meet.
Step 2: Would you like digital copies? (optional, can be purchased after your wedding day)
Digital copies are a very popular way of viewing and sharing your wedding photographs. All of your chosen photos will be fully edited and can be presented in either on a DVD or on a USB stick, both of which come in a luxury case. You are welcome to have all of your photos from the day, or a just selection:
* Fifty Photographs, £200
* One Hundred Photographs, £300
* All of your Wedding Photographs - my most popular option
- Half Day, typically 400-600 images, £450
- Full Day, typically 900-1300 images, £600
Step 3: Would you like an album? (optional, can be purchased after your wedding day)
I will work closely with you to design your wedding album/s exactly as you wish. My standard albums hold 40 sides of photographs, equating to between 60 and 80 photographs depending on how the photos are laid out. You are welcome to add more pages/photos into your album to produce an album you can cherish forever and this comes at a small additional charge.

Traditional Wedding Album, £400
- This modern take on a traditional wedding album features professional printed photos that are individually mounted into the album page with a mount board. This album is 12 by 12 inches in size and comes with a white leatherette cover.
Deluxe Traditional Wedding Album, £550
- This deluxe album is the same as the above album but is 14 by 11 inches in size, each print is mounted into the album with two mount boards (black underneath and white on top) and comes with a genuine leather cover which is available in a wide range of colours.
Modern Wedding Album, £400
- Modern albums allow a lot more creativity and flexibility in how the photos are laid out. They are A4 size and the pages are made from photographic paper, producing a clean and classy finish. The cover can be leather or include a wedding photograph of your choice.
Deluxe Modern Wedding Album, £550
- The deluxe album is the same as the above album but is 16 by 12 inches in size and the cover can be acrylic, leather, or include a wedding photograph of your choice.
Parent albums from £240 for two copies
- Parent albums make a lovely memento for your parents to treasure. These charming mini-albums compliment the style of your main wedding album and include the same photos.
Step 4: Would you like any additional products? (optional, can be purchased after your wedding)
I can offer you a wide range of products and services for before, during and after your big day. You are welcome to add as many or as few additional extras as you wish, and I am pleased to consider anything else you would like to have produced.
A Framed Message Board & Print from £60
- This framed print is like a normal framed print but includes an extra wide mount border on which your guests can leave a message to you during the wedding day. I will add glass to your frame after the wedding. The frame is 20 by 16 inches in size and includes a 12 by 10 inch print of a photograph from your pre-wedding shoot. I offer a choice of frame styles and can produce larger framed boards if you have lots of guests.
A Presentation Set of Mounted 8 by 6 inch prints, £150
- This is one of my favourite ways to display my own photographs. With in a sturdy linen covered presentation box are fifteen of your favourite photos as 8 by 6 inch prints in mounts. Along with this is a small table easel so you can display one of these prints at a time. As you get used to seeing one photo you can change the print to another from the box and keep the display ever changing!
A one hour post-wedding “Treasure or Trash the Dress!” photo shoot, £95
- As a bride, you have probably spent years dreaming about your wedding dress, and spent hundreds of pounds buying it! So, why leave it hanging in the wardrobe? Whether you wish to Treasure or Trash your dress, a post-wedding shoot is a great excuse to spend another day in your special dress. Of course, the groom is welcome to join in, helping to Treasure or Trash the dress! This shoot can be done at a location of your choice, a woodland, on the beach, or in Andy's Studio in Worthing. You will receive a DVD of all the edited, high resolution photos for you to use as you wish.
Mounted prints, from £7 for a mounted 7 by 5 inch print photo
- Photographs are available as individual prints or in sets of five or ten. As a guide, a mounted 12 by 8 inch print is £20 and a mounted 16 by 12 inch print is £45.
Professionally framed prints and canvas wraps from £120 for a 16x12” canvas wrap
- Produced by professional craftsmen, these are ready to be proudly hung in your home and I am pleased to offer a variety of frames and mount-styles, to suit your taste and best show off your photos.

Travel
Andy and I primarily photograph weddings in the South East of England but we are happy to travel all over the country and abroad.

To book us for your day please send me an email, or fill out the form on the 'Contact' page, letting me know when the wedding is, where it is taking place and how long you would like us to document your day for. I will then be in touch as soon as possible to let you know if we are available and to discuss meeting up to discuss your wedding photography in more detail.
