Equine Photo Shoots

My equine portrait sessions focus on the close friendship you have with your horse and their individual character. The shoot is kept informal and fun to keep you both feeling relaxed and show the every day bond you share. 

Your Photo Shoot

I can take a wide range of photographs of you and your horse, such as in-hand portraits, bareback portraits, jumping and dressage photos, photos of your horse at liberty in their field and natural portraits of them on their own. If you have specific ideas of photos you would like we can work on the creating these during your shoot, along with a wide range of other photographs that I will suggest.

Prior to the session I will send you a guide so you know exactly what to expect from the shoot and how to prepare yourself and your horse.

You are welcome to have your shoot in any suitable location. Most people use the grounds at their yard or an area within hacking distance.

Are you worried that you won't get the photos you would like because your horse gets easily distracted? I have written an article to explain how horses will always be horses and not models, and how I want to work with your horse to get the best possible photos during your shoot.

The Packages

Each package includes a one and a half hour photo shoot, or longer if required for a small additional fee, and this can be for any number of horses, dogs and family/friends, but is for one person.

* £95  -  The session includes a single mounted 10 by 8 inch print of a photo from the shoot of your choice

* £145  -  The session includes five mounted 8 by 6 inch prints of photos from the shoot of your choice

* £175  -  The session includes ten high resolution images on a DVD, supplied in a smart presentation case, from the shoot of your choice

Yard Discount Packages

If there is more than one person that would like to have a photo shoot then I can offer the following reduced prices. Each session is one and a half hours long and can be for any number of horses, dogs and family/friend members, but all the shoots must take place on the same day.  

* £75  -  Each session includes a mounted 10 by 8 inch print of a photo from the shoot of your choice

* £125  -  Each session includes five mounted 8 by 6 inch prints of photos from the shoot of your choice

* £155  -  Each session includes ten high resolution images on a DVD, supplied in a smart presentation case, from the shoot of your choice

Viewing and Purchasing your Photos

After your session, you will receive access to a personal password-protected gallery on this website to view your edited photographs, and choose your free 10 by 8 inch print along with any additional photos you may wish to order. 

I'll send you my Product Information Pack to show you the outcomes I can produce and more information about these can be viewed here. I do not do a hard sell as I know that if I were in your shoes I would want to take my time and choose what I really wanted. If you order within four weeks of seeing your photos you will be entitled to my great 'early bird' offer of 10% off the price of all your products!

Travel

Travel further than 20 miles from my office, which is at RH17 7HS, will incur an additional charge of 40 per mile to cover my travel expenses. 

Gift Vouchers

I am pleased to offer gift voucher cards which entitle the bearer to a portrait session package. These are valid for twelve months and can include a personal message if you wish. 

There is no additional charge for having a voucher produced and they can also include additional sums of money that the bearer can put towards their outcomes after the shoot.
