Treat you and your family to a custom made family portrait from one of the Regions Award Winning Photographers.
Together we plan your once-in-a-lifetime portrait, including clothing suggestions, hair and makeup tips – nothing is left to chance.
After your session we will do a high quality edit on your images and prepare them ready for your viewing which normally takes place approximately a week later.
Your viewing consultation is not time limited so you don’t need to feel rushed or pressured into making your selection. It is our policy to in absolutely no way use hard pressure sales tactics to force you to purchase as we know that our images speak for themselves.
What to expect from a portrait session with us
Your portrait shoot is an exciting event and a few moments preparation will help you make the most of your shoot.
You will need to allow up to an hour for your appointment, and following an initial discussion, we will guide you through the shoot taking a wide variety of poses and groupings, if you have any ideas of your own we will be delighted to work with these.
We love to work with people and strive to capture your individuality and style in an easy going casual way, so just relax and enjoy the experience - anything goes! Our portraits have no rules other than to create images.
Our specialty is fine family, maternity, child and Pet Portraiture - we say it’s our specialty because there are a lot of photographers that don't have the time or patience to work with children or animals and as a result their images are not in the same league as ours. Here at Andrea Johnson Photography we love creating them. Andrea will take good care of you, and create truly amazing portraits.
Andrea understands that most children can feel uncomfortable in front of the camera. As a mother of two children herself she works carefully with you to ensure that you all have a great time during your portrait session.
We are proud to say that we are very talented artists and not just photographers. We create portraits that are beautiful and emotionally full of meaning - simply because that is what we love to do!
This coming year we have chosen to do FEWER PORTAIT SESSIONS than in previous years. We are doing this so that we can take more time to create something really meaningful for you, rather than rushing you through like a factory conveyor belt.
By working with you to create your portraits and taking this extra time, this will allow Andrea to throw her heart and soul into you pictures.
